MARC紀錄中在Leader/17是著錄層次的表示, 從#, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8皆是, 沒有與AACR2的三個級別恰恰好的對應，個人認為AACR2第二級書目，該是介於MARC LDR/17=# (full level)和4(core level)之間。著錄是根據待編資料上現有的項目，現有項目未必恰恰百分之百包括模型上所要求級別的項目, 而且, 只看書目資料是material not examined, 建議您可以瀏覽LC和OCLC資料庫查找，或自己做一筆，記錄資料上所呈現的模型中所規定的項目便是。
