您好！
一、採用RDA編西文書時，若書名頁中有將作者姓名與職稱皆列出，請問職稱是否要完整著錄在欄位245的$c？還是可以只保留名字即可？例如：
245 10 $a Nutritional oncology : $b nutrition in cancer prevention, treatment, and survivorship /
$c edited by David Heber, MD, PHD, UCLA Center for Human Nutrition David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Los Angeles, California,

二、當版權頁中皆有註明出版年與版權年時，請問欄位264出版年和版權年皆著錄嗎？還是著錄出版年即可？

有關您所提問題，簡要說明如下：

 

一、依據Original RDA 2.4.1.4 Optional Omission，在著錄職責敘述 (statement of responsibility) 時，可省略「非重要資訊」，亦即當省略該資訊不著錄時，不會損失對資源識別具重要性的資訊。RDA條文雖未進一步說明哪一些資訊被視為是職責敘述的重要資訊，但從規範中所列的書目範例來看，相關機構及職稱是可被省略的，如：

 

245  00  $a ... /  $c Charles F. Hoban, Jr.

【著錄來源資訊：Charles F. Hoban, Jr., Special Assistant, Division of Visual Education, Philadelphia Public Schools】

 

245  00  $a ... /  $c sponsored by the Library Association

【著錄來源資訊：sponsored by the Library Association (founded 1877)】

 

因此，若書名頁中有將作者姓名與職稱皆列出，在實務編目上，可以依貴館對書目資訊的要求，選擇是否要在欄位245分欄$c中著錄職稱、任職單位等資訊，即下面2種著錄方式都是可接受的：

但依據LC-PCC，要注意構成個人名稱的文字（words or phrases that are considered part of a person's name），或是構成權威檢索點之識別資訊（identifying elements used in an authorized access point），像"Jr."或貴族頭銜如"Duke of Norfolk"等，這些會被視為重要資訊，如果有出現在著錄來源上，就要照錄於欄位245分欄$c，不可省略。

 

二、當版權頁中同時載有出版年與版權年時，欄位264的著錄：

 

1、當出版年與版權年不同時，則欄位264須著錄出版年及版權年，如：

264  \1  $a ... :  $b ...,  $c 2023

264  \4  $c ©2022

008/06= t ; 008/07-14= 20232022

【著錄來源上標示出版年為2023，版權年為2022】

 

2、當出版年與版權年相同時，則欄位264只著錄出版年即可，不必再著錄版權年。但如果選擇把出版年和版權年一起著錄出來，實務上亦不能算錯誤，只是要注意008日期資訊的著錄要與264相應即可。如：

 

264  \1  $a ... :  $b ...,  $c 2023

008/06= s ; 008/07-14= 2023\\\\

 

也可著錄為：

264  \1  $a ... :  $b ...,  $c 2023

264  \4  $c ©2023

008/06= t ; 008/07-14= 20232023
