美國國會圖書館（Library of Congress, LC）於2026年2月9日舉辦「2026年2月BIBFRAME更新論壇」（BIBFRAME February 2026 Update Forum）。

本次論壇除了展示目前圖書館可用的BIBFRAME系統以及可與這些系統配合使用的免費工具和模組之外，還包括了來自ExLibris、Casalini和OCLC的代表，分別介紹這幾種系統為了過渡到BIBFRAME編目或混合MARC/BIBFRAME系統之圖書館所提供的服務。

此外，美國國會圖書館（Library of Congress, LC）也重點介紹其為LC BIBFRAME系統開發、並且向LC外部開放的工具，這些工具可以進行調整，以與ExLibris等系統相容，例如MARC/BIBFRAME轉換工具、BIBFRAME編輯器Marva以及音譯工具Scriptshifter。
