The article discusses the studies "Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR)" and "Functional Requirements for Authority Data (FRAD)," conducted by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) on the cataloging code Resource Description and Access (RDA). It compares RDA with FRBR and FRAD. It was found that the differences between FRBR, FRAD and RDA lie in the terminology.
